Due to the unique and experimental nature of the work performed and the products sold by DMH Motorsports, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund program. All sales are final unless otherwise noted in writing, where a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All items sold, installed, or repaired are intended for off road use only, and at no time will DMH Motorsports or any of its officers ever imply otherwise. DMH Motorsports will not be held responsible for mechanical failure or personal injury related directly of indirectly to any of the services or products provided by us. The services and/or products provided by DMH Motorsports are not to be considered the same as the services offered by a general repair facility; therefore estimates are not always possible. The services and/or products may void warranties, or may not comply with local of federal safety or emissions regulations. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine its use. DMH Motorsports is not to be held responsible for any loss or damages to vehicles or their contents while on route to and from any and all facilities we utilize, or on our premises. Any and all vehicles left on our premises seven days after last billing will incur a storage charge of $25 per day.
